After years of my mother nagging me to try yoga I finally decided to give it a go...and as the cliché goes, it really did change, if not save, my life.

At the time I had an unhealthy lifestyle and was surrounded by a lot of negativity. Late nights partying, drinking way too much, smoking, watching TV until 3am, eating rubbish and bad sleeping patterns. I was not in a good way physically or mentally. Amazingly all these things started to shift after I began practicing yoga.

I'd always had the stereotypical attitude that yoga was too 'uncool' for the cool guy. After my first class  I was blown away. YOGA IS COOL!!

I'm sure you can see the difference now, not just in terms of looking fitter but more importantly looking HAPPIER!

​

Back then my life was intense, filled with experiences I had been told would make me feel happy and fulfilled in life. But something was missing.

​

After taking up yoga I started to feel my mind change as well as my body. I began to really pay attention to the foods I put in my body, became more focused and confident. My sleeping pattern normalised and my energy levels were boosted. I found myself swapping the Sunday mornings lying in bed with a hangover for Sunday morning yoga classes which made me feel awesome.

​

I completed my 1st 200hrs training with Fierce Grace in London and another 200hrs training with The Practice in Bali early 2018. I've also completed further shorter trainings with Fierce Grace (specialising in injury modification), The Yoga People and The Sunday School of Yoga. I currently teach at Fierce Grace London studios. I've also taught yoga on a trek through the Grand Canyon in association with The Love Hope Strength Charity, helping to raise money and awareness for cancer in October 2018.

Yoga sessions tailored for YOU!
You may be stiff, inflexible, injured or have poor balance.  Yoga is just what you need! No matter where you begin, everyone can practice yoga and have their own incredible  yoga journey. 

 

 I can offer a bespoke Yoga Practice designed to meet your  specific needs. Some examples are:

  • Working with injuries (lumbar spine disc prolapse, non-specific back pain, knee rehabilitation)

  • A hectic lifestyle and with a need to calm and steady your mind

  • In need of an energy boost

  • Wanting to improve overall balance, flexibility, mobility and fitness

Pricing structure

Pricing structure will depend on a few factors such as:

  • Agreed location

  • Length of session

  • The amount of people taking part in the session

  • If you need any equipment provided such as mats or props

  • If you want to book a block of sessions or just one
